The website www.tecnosell.com is a marketplace operated in Italy by Tecnosell Srl, which manages the maintenance and updates of the site.
The products sold on www.tecnosell.com are the property of the vendors operating on the website. The vendors issue a fiscal receipt or electronic invoice for the products sold.
For all transactions, a purchase receipt or invoice will be issued. These documents are valid for exercising the right to warranty assistance.
IF YOU REQUIRE AN ELECTRONIC INVOICE, PLEASE ENTER YOUR SDI CODE IN THE ORDER NOTES SECTION. THE INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED AUTOMATICALLY.
ATTENTION: If the invoice is not requested at the time of the order, it can no longer be issued. Invoices are not issued to public administrations or resellers.
ATTENTION: Electronic invoices are not issued for “Used” items; only a purchase receipt valid for warranty purposes will be provided.

If the purchase receipt is lost, Tecnosell guarantees the possibility of obtaining a copy within 90 days from the date of issue.
Please note that the fiscal receipt is issued by the vendor and not directly by Tecnosell. A copy of the receipts is kept on our server for 90 days from the date of issue and then permanently deleted.
N.B.: N.B.: Document retrieval is possible only if issued within the past 90 days. We recommend copying your receipt and storing it in a safe place.
