1) Create an account or Log in to your account.

 - If this is your first purchase on Tecnosell, you need to create an account. It’s simple and fast: go to the My Account section, click Create an Account, and enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. In the Addresses section of My Account, you can add your shipping and billing addresses. You must confirm your email; otherwise, your account will be deleted within 24 hours. If you forget your password, do not attempt to log in more than 5 times, or your account will be blocked. You can request a new password. If you do not see the Tecnosell email, please check your spam folder.

- If you are already a registered customer, go to the My Account section, enter your credentials, and click Log In.

2) Choose the item you want to order and add it to your cart.

3) ow do you want to pay? You can choose from 4 payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer.

 

Here’s a step-by-step guide for each payment method:

PayPal:N.B. If you pay with PayPal, the shipping address will be imported from your PayPal account and cannot be changed, even upon request. If the address is not correct, please update it in your PayPal account before placing the order! To pay with PayPal, from the Cart, click the PayPal Express Checkout logo. You will be redirected to a PayPal page, where you can securely enter your email and password; then click Continue. Once automatically redirected back to our website, the last step is to select your Shipping Method from the dropdown menu, fill in the billing address, and click Place Order to complete!

Credit Card: To pay with a credit or prepaid card, from the Cart, click Proceed to Checkout. On this page, select the shipping and billing address, or fill in the fields if you don’t have predefined addresses. Choose the Shipping Method from the two options, select Credit Card among the Payment Methods, and click Place Order. You will be redirected to a CartaSì page, where you can choose your card type (Visa, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, MySì) and securely enter your payment details. To complete, click Proceed and wait for the payment confirmation page to load. Do not close the page before payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery:: To pay via Cash on Delivery, from the Cart, click Proceed to Checkout. On this page, select the shipping and billing address, or fill in the fields if you don’t have predefined addresses. Choose the Shipping Method from the two options, select Cash on Delivery among the Payment Methods, and click Place Order. Note: if you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional fee of €6 will apply, and for orders over €500, shipping will only be carried out if you provide a valid phone number for our staff to confirm the order. Simple! /p>

Bank Transfer: To pay by Bank Transfer, from the Cart, click Proceed to Checkout. On this page, select the shipping and billing address, or fill in the fields if you don’t have predefined addresses. Choose the Shipping Method from the two options, select Bank Transfer among the Payment Methods, and take note of the bank details provided. Click Place Order to confirm; the shipment will be dispatched once the transfer has been received.

Pick-Up at Our Office: Tecnosell offers the option to pick up the product directly at our office in Naples, Via Ferrante Imparato, 190 - 80146. During checkout, select the free shipping method and Pick-Up at Office as the payment method.
