Track Your Shipment
You can check the status of your shipment by following the simple steps below.
- If the shipment was made via BARTOLINI courier, a confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent, and it can be monitored within approximately 24 hours from the moment it was handed over to the courier as specified below:
1) Click HEREand access the Shipping Area on the Bartolini Website
2)Enter the numeric code you received in the designated field called ID COLLO CLIENTE on the Bartolini website
- If the shipment was made via DHL courier, a confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent, and it can be monitored within approximately 24 hours from the moment it was handed over to the courier as specified below:
1) ClickHERE and access the Shipping Area on the DHL Website
2) Enter the numeric shipment code you received in the designated field.
If you need to contact the courier, we suggest doing so by quoting the final tracking code.
Sometimes tracking is only available the morning after the shipment date.
During the months of August and December, tracking is available from 8:00 PM the day after the shipment date
