Shipping Methods

We ship ordered goods within 24 to 72 hours from the order date, while delivery is completed within 24 to 48 business hours via Bartolini or DHL express courier, with DHL exclusively for shipments to EU countries.

Shipping times may take up to 5 business days for orders in the NOTEBOOK, APPLIANCES categories, or items marked with a specific notice on the product page. 

Goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order registration. During checkout, the customer can choose a different billing address from the shipping address.

With Tecnosell, you can choose between two shipping methods (shipping refers to the order processing time, i.e., the time the order is handed over to the courier):

  1. EXPRESS SHIPPING (Temporarily Suspended):: We hand over goods to the courier within 48 business hours only for products in the Notebook, Appliances categories, or items marked with a specific notice on the product page, and within 5 business days. Delivery by the courier takes 24–48 business hours for mainland Italy and 72 hours for islands or remote locations. This method has an additional cost of €6.
  2. STANDARD SHIPPING: : We hand over goods to the courier within 72 business hours, only for products in the Notebook, Appliances categories, or items marked with a specific notice on the product page, within 5 business days. Delivery takes 48–72 business hours for mainland Italy and 72 hours for islands or remote locations.
  3. If you are near our Naples headquarters, after placing an online order you can choose: FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
  1. Around Assumption Day, Christmas holidays, and during public health emergencies, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Shipping rates in Italy, set at €10.00 for mainland Italy and €15.00 for the islands, are automatically   included in the sale price if all the following conditions are met:
  • The order amount is €110.00 or more.
  • The total order weight does not exceed 2 kg.  
  • The delivery address is in Italy.

If the order does not meet all the above conditions, the shipping cost will increase by €5.00, or by €8.00 if the weight exceeds 2 kg.

 

Pickup Point in Naples: Goods can be collected directly by the customer at our pickup point: Via Ferrante Imparato, 190 – 80146, Naples. Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. IMPORTANT: You will be informed by phone of the exact day and time your product is ready (do not go to the pickup point without prior confirmation; you can call 081 19143121 or email info@tecnosell.com to check product availability) 

Pickup can only be performed by the person who placed the order and must present a valid ID. A delegation to another person is allowed if signed by the customer who placed the order, accompanied by valid ID of both the customer and the delegate.

International Shipping: Delivery is carried out within 72 business hours. Shipping costs to EU countries are increased by €17.00. We do not ship to non-EU countries.
