Payment Methods
Shop safely on Tecnosell using our secure payment methods. All access to www.tecnosell.com is protected by SSL encryption, supported by all modern browsers, ensuring the security of all data exchanged with our servers. Tecnosell also uses trusted external payment services such as PayPal and Hipay, which employ the same security protocols to protect sensitive information, including credit card details. You can verify a secure connection by checking that the website address begins with ‘https’ in your browser.
Accepted Payment Options:
- PAYPAL - If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay quickly and securely. Your shipping address will automatically be taken from your PayPal account, and billing details can be added during checkout. For electronic invoices, some orders may be canceled, as PayPal provides consumer guarantees that may not apply to companies. Once the payment page is opened, complete the transaction within 15 minutes to avoid blocking the order.
- BANK TRANSFER - After placing your order, send email info@tecnosell.com to receive our bank details. Items are reserved and shipped only after payment is credited. Payment must be completed within 3 days of order acceptance, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
- CASH ON DELIVERY- Pay at delivery with a small additional fee of €6. Available for orders up to €999. Orders above €500 will be processed only after phone confirmation by our staff. A valid phone number is required. Cash on delivery is only available after entering all shipping and billing details, and is not available for customers who have canceled two previous COD orders or failed to collect a previous COD shipment.
- CREDIT CARD Use major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) for secure and immediate payment. No extra fees apply. Your card data is never stored, and items are shipped after payment confirmation. Some cards require the security code (CVV) for online transactions. Complete the payment within 15 minutes to avoid session timeout.
- KLARNA - Pay in Installments – Choose Klarna at checkout to pay in three interest-free installments, making your purchase even more convenient.
- IN-STORE PICKUP - After creating your account, you can select in-store pickup as a payment option. Pickup is by appointment: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Only the person who placed the order may collect it with a valid ID, or an authorized delegate with a signed authorization and valid ID.
