You must read and accept before completing your order

These General Conditions govern the purchase of products carried out remotely via the internet on the website of TECNOSELL, located at VIA RAFFAELE TESTA, 31, 80146 NAPLES (NA), Italy. Each purchase will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99, and, with regard to privacy protection, by Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments. The contract concluded between Tecnosell and the Customer is deemed finalized upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Tecnosell Srl, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered implicit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner. By placing an order in any of the ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and indicated on the page “Purchase Guide“ https://www.tecnosell.com/guida-acquisto and to fully accept the general and payment conditions below.
Under no circumstances can the automatic order confirmation email from the site be considered valid as order acceptance.

Products are always shipped with a fiscal document.
The fiscal document must be kept by the purchaser. If the purchase receipt is lost, a copy may be requested within 90 days from the date of issue.
The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code applies only to consumers. The definition of "consumer" is provided by Art. 3 letter A Legislative Decree 206/05: "consumer or user: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity." Therefore, VAT-registered professionals are not considered consumers and cannot exercise the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code.
The Customer has no right to compensation or damages, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property resulting from non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The Customer may purchase only the products available in Tecnosell’s online catalog at the time of placing the order and as described on the website (URL) https://www.tecnosell.com. Technical information shown reproduces that provided by the manufacturers, but may be subject to updates and may not always be complete or exhaustive. Tecnosell reserves the right to modify product details to match those provided by manufacturers, without prior notice. Product images may not exactly represent their features and may differ in color, size, or included accessories.
After each order, an automatic order confirmation email is sent. Alternatively, the Customer may check the “Order Status” section in their account area. The confirmation email will indicate the order receipt date and a 'Customer Order Number,' which must be used in any further communication with Tecnosell. The confirmation will also repeat all details entered by the Customer, who must check their accuracy and promptly report any corrections.
Order Cancellation - If an order is not accepted, Tecnosell undertakes to promptly notify the Customer. Furthermore, Tecnosell reserves the right to cancel, without obligation to provide explanations, orders received within 24 business hours, refunding any payment within the following 24 hours after cancellation.
Ownership of Data: Partial or full reproduction of the material published is prohibited. Logos, graphics, sounds, images, and texts from this website may not be copied or retransmitted without express authorization.
Support and Warranty - All items sold on Tecnosell.com are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. To claim assistance or repair, the product must be shipped to Tecnosell Srl in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories (protective films, cables, etc.). A fiscal document proving purchase from Tecnosell.com must also be presented or sent. By placing an order on the site, the Customer declares to have read and accepted the complete warranty conditions indicated on the following page: https://www.tecnosell.com/informazione-garanzia.
Product Sheets - We assume no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of product images or photos, as they are renderings with a merely indicative and general function regarding the product’s appearance.
Privacy: Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), personal data will be processed only by the Company or its partners for sending informational/commercial material regarding products and services offered and will not be disclosed to third parties. Customers may request the deletion of their data at any time by fax or email.
Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences In case of changes to your name, postal address, title, phone number, or email, please update your data. If you prefer not to receive further updates about our products, please let us know.

Invoices are issued by the selling company.
By placing an order on www.tecnosell.com the Customer declares to have read and accepted the sales conditions shown on the following pages: Payment Methods and Shipping Methods, Withdrawal Conditions, Warranty and the entire Purchase Procedure.
The Customer must verify that the received product matches the order. In case of discrepancies, Tecnosell must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Later complaints will not be considered.
